Introducing Our New Team Member, Russell!

We are so pleased to tell you about our new project manager at Hope and Vision!

We have recruited Russell Tomlinson to the team as Project Manager. This is the next big step for Hope and Vision Communities as we step towards development and delivery of a second community in Malvern, Worcestershire. Replicating our successful model created in Berkshire to meet the growing need for housing and support for those leaving treatment for addictions

Currently studying Integrative Counselling at Newman University Birmingham, Russell brings a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to his work. With lived experience of growing up in care and overcoming addiction, he offers a unique depth of empathy, resilience, and authenticity. Russell is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where individuals feel valued and empowered. His leadership is rooted in connection, trust, and a strong belief in community as a catalyst for transformation. He is deeply committed to helping others build hope and lasting change.

We know that Russell will make a big, positive impact in our new community.
