Hope and Vision Communities offers move-on accommodation to men who have completed residential rehabilitation for drug or alcohol addiction.
Residents joining us may be soon leaving a rehab centre or associated move-on accommodation. They will have demonstrated progress and a willingness to change.
We provide an opportunity for you to continue your recovery with the expectation that you continue to engage and be pro-active within your existing networks.
Through key working and regular testing we will provide you with a level of light-touch support to empower you further in managing personal responsibility to independent living.
